The hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, located in the city centre and close to everything you'll need. The service provided by the staff is commendable, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the private bathroom could use a bit more attention. Additionally, breakfast is included in the price, which is a great perk.
The lack of proper ventilation in the room.

The location couldn't have been better, with everything you could need nearby. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and free shuttle to nearby attractions were a great touch.
Disappointing facilities and cleanliness. The rooms and kitchen were not well maintained and staff could have been more welcoming.

Comfy beds, quiet floor. Common room sadly closed. Friendly check-in staff. Rooms resemble WW2 bunkers. Great location near supermarket, Victoria markets, and Flinders Street station. Rooftop area is nice. Met awesome people if you enjoy socializing. 👍

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in my room were sufficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the charging place for each bed. The hostel had a great atmosphere and was perfect for meeting new people. the service personnel were very nice and helpful. the large kitchen and communal area were perfect for hanging out with friends and the rooms were also relatively cheap.
The WiFi was slow and expensive, which made it difficult to stay connected. the shower facilities were limited to children and there were not enough utensils in the kitchen.

This hotel is situated conveniently near several bustling markets, making it easy to grab a quick bite or purchase souvenirs. I also loved the breathtaking view from our room, which truly made our stay unforgettable. On top of that, the hotel had great leisure facilities that kept us entertained.
The noise level in the hotel at night was a bit high.
